History
It was structured in the thirties of the XX century and ordered by a railway potentate Hieronim Ratajski. Well known for artistic soul businessman, hired the designers to create an exceptional place, joining actual architectural trends and elegant interiors with atmosphere of a private residence.
In the end, a unique place emerged, distinguishing itself from the other Villas around it. Neo-classical style of the building was also transferred to its interiors. The construction of the main hall is based on classical convention where the skylight view reminds of a fashionable in those times Palladian Villas design.
The whole arrangements were replenished by the highest quality details which refer to art deco style. This amazing attention to details together with classical elegance makes the Villa the most beautiful Poznań historical building of those times.
